Simple Sweet Rice Flakes /Aval Nanachathu / Sweet Poha


Ingredients

EXTRA TASTE MAKERS  (Optional)
  • Ghee 
  • Cashews                    10 
  • Peanuts                     10
  • Raisins                       10
  • Sesame Seeds             2
  • Sliced Bananas

  • Aval (Beaten Rice/Poha)  1 Cup
  • Warm Water                    3-4 Tbsp
  • Grated Coconut               1/2 Cup
  • Sugar                               2 Tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder           1/4 Tsp
  • Dry Ginger Powder           Pinch

Dal Paneer Bonda

Ingredients
  1. Toor Dal                     1/2cup
  2. Turmeric Powder
  3. Paneer                       1 Cup
  4. Onion                         1 
  5. Ginger                        1/2 inch
  6. Green Chilly               1 
  7. Corn Flour 
  8. Salt 
  9. Oil 
Preparation Method


Cook dal with salt and turmeric.
Take the paneer grind and powdered. 
Add tablespoon oil in a pan and add tiny sliced onion, ginger and green chilly stir it well. Mix dal and paneer with it.
Then make it tiny balls (amla). 
Make tick batter with  corn flour and mix with water and salt.
Dip balls in Corn flour mix. And fry it...Serve hot with checkup.

Dates Balls

Ingredients 

Dates                    10 crush into small pieces
Badam                  5 grind
Pista                     5 grind
Raw coca powder  2 teaspoon(Dry powder)
Oil                       1 teaspoon
Honey                   2 tablespoons

Preparation 

Mix ingredients in grinder . make it with as a well paste.
Make it like a small ball(Amla) with hands .
Make it cool in fridge.. Serve sweet ....

Easy Butter Biscuits

Ingredients 

All purpose flour         2 cup
Baking powder            2 teaspoon
Salt                            1/4 teaspoon
Butter                        180 gm-softened
Sugar                          1/2 cup
Egg                             1 beaten 

Preparation Method

Take a bowl add all purpose flour , baking powder ,salt and butter .Add it well , till it look like bread crumbs. 
After that add sugar and egg and mix it. Knead the mix  till it become smooth dough . 
Become smooth keep the warp the dough in foil or plastic sheet and keep it in fridge for half an hour .
Now preheat the oven to 180 Degree Celsius .
Then take the dough and roll with thick .and cut it preferable shapes.
Then grease the bake tray with butter keep the dough pieces and bake 180 Degree Celsius  it uni golden color .

Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients 

Chicken breast*                   1/2 kg 
Potato *                              3
Onion Medium                     3 chopped thin
Ginger & garlic Paste           1 Tsp
Green Chilies                       3
Turmeric Powder                 1/4 Tsp
Coriander powder                1/2 Tsp
Chilly  Powder                     1
Pepper powder                    1/2
Garam Masala                      1/2
Salt                                      As needed
Egg                                      3
Bread curbs                          3
Oil                                       2-3 Tbs
Salt                                      As needed

Preparation Method

Cook chicken and potato in pressure cooker with turmeric and salt .
A single round grind cooked chicken in mixer before adding to masala.
Add chopped onion, Green chilies, curry leaves and sauté them. Also add the Ginger & Garlic paste and sauté them till they turn transparent. Add the Curry Powders, Garam Masala and salt and salute let the raw flavor of the masala goes.
Add the cooked chicken and potato now and sauté them till the masala mixes well with it. Mash the potato at time of masala mixing.and salute till dry . and keep it aside to make it cool ..
make cutlet shapes as your wish and dip in beaten eggs and again that dip into bread curbs. then fry it and taste it with tomato ketchup
Beat eggs and make shapes 

*Tips:
  •  A single round grind cooked chicken in mixer before adding to masala and mash the potato at time of masala mixing.
  • You can use the mix after cooling keep it in fridge in box . when u need at that time again mix with  egg and curbs and fry it

Savala Vada / Onion Baji

Ingredients

Onions                           2 thinly sliced
Gram flour                     1 cup
Rice flour                       3 tbsp.
Semolina                       1 tbsp.
Ginger                           1 inch piece thinly chopped
Garam masala              1/2 tbsp.
Green chilies                 3 finely chopped
Red chili powder           1/2 tbsp.
Curry leaves                  2 Spring
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry

Preparation Method


                        Combine gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, Garam masala and salt.Mix it well. Add few drops of water and make a thick batter (for well mixing one small turn in mixer)and keep it aside .Mix sliced onions, green chilies, ginger, curry leaves and salt with hand. Add this mixture with the batter. Onions should be coated in the batter but the batter should not be too loose.then keep it aside for 10 minute. Heat oil in a Kadai. When the oil is hot reduce the heat into medium. Take some mixture and deep fry in oil till crispy and onions becomes slightly brown in color.

JACK BALLS (CHAKKA APPAM)

Ingredients


  1. Jack Fruits'                       10 Pieces
  2. Maida /All Purpose Flour   5 Table Spoon
  3. Baking Powder                 1 pinch
  4. Salt                                 1 pinch
  5. Turmeric Powder               1 pinch
  6. Egg                                  1
  7. Sugar                               3 Table Spoon
  8. Curd                                1 Table Spoon
  9. Coconut Pieces                 3 Table Spoon
  10. Cumin Seed                      1/2 Tea Spoon
  11. Oil                                    For Frying


Preparation method: 

Mix 1 to 8 ingredients and make a batter and keep it aside for blooming for 30 minutes.

Take a pan add oil add coconut pieces and cumin seed fry slightly . Mix it with batter .
Take batter little and make it in round shape and fry it and eat with hot tea  ....
