Preparation method:
Heat oil in the pan and add the sausages. Let it cook for at least
10 minutes. Sauté them occasionally. Once it is cooked transfer it to a bowl.
Add chopped onion, Green chilies, curry leaves and sauté them. Also add the
Ginger & Garlic paste and sauté them till they turn transparent. Add the
curry Powders, Garam Masala and salt and salute let the raw flavor of the
masala goes. Add the cooked sausages now and sauté them till the masala mixes
well with the sausage. Let it cook for five minutes. Beat the eggs in a bowl
with a pinch of salt and then add to your sausage Let it cook for some time and
then the sausage is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve it with
bread slice.
